Quick Workouts for Small Spaces

No gym? No problem. You can get a solid workout in your bedroom with zero equipment and just 15 minutes.

A simple bodyweight circuit

Try 30 seconds each of squats, press-ups, lunges, plank and jumping jacks — rest for 30 seconds, then repeat three times. Adjust the difficulty as you get stronger.

Make it a habit

Attach your workout to something you already do — right after your morning coffee, or before your first lecture. Consistency beats intensity. Even three sessions a week will make a noticeable difference to your energy and mood.
